On the palate, it is full-bodied, lush and velvety with a perfect balance between ripe wild berries flavors and pleasant acidity. Soft tannins frame an elegant and long finish with spice and licorice notes. Excellent with richly flavored dishes, try this red with meats, small game and aged cheeses.
