


Each of Cristom's vineyards imparts unique characteristics to their grapes, and native yeast fermentation allows them to shine through in their excellent wines. Their "Mt. Jefferson Cuvee" Pinot Noir has a complex bouquet that is initially earthy with hints of plum. This evolves into pronounced notes of cherry, rose petal, and cinnamon. On the palate, bright acidity balances flavors of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry.
