While most vodka is produced using corn, wheat, or potatoes, Comb Vodka is distilled from honey. Although honey can be difficult to work with, it can provide numerous flavors depending on the source of nectar. Clover, wildflowers, raspberry, citrus, tulip poplar, and tupelo, are just a few of the nectar sources that bees use to make honey. Each one contributes its unique character and allows the distillery to create a distinctive, well-balanced spirit that is suprisingly dry. Comb is completely unfiltered in order to preserve the quality, which results in a slightly aromatic spirit with a full, round flavor.
