Established in 1843, La Favorite Distillery is one of the last family owned distilleries on Martinique. By utilizing traditional production techniques and two copper, single-column stills, La Favorite creates "Coeur de Canne", their authentic rhum agricole. Aromas of fresh grass, cucumber, sugarcane and spice lead to a complex, layered palate with notes of cocoa, marshmallow and refined sugar. The finish is sweet, yet balanced with grassy, floral notes and a hint of fresh fruit.
