Established in 2002, Cliff Lede Vineyards encompasses sixty acres in the famed Stags Leap District. Their state-of-the-art gravity-flow winery boasts a berry-by-berry sorting system and conical tanks commissioned using a design inspired by the tanks of Chateau Latour. One tank per vineyard block ensures each lot evolves at its own pace.

Aged in French oak for eighteen months, Cliff Lede Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon boasts pronounced aromas of black currant and citrus blossom, which develop into notes of plum, espresso and allspice. The elegant, full bodied palate offers stunning depth and concentration, with ripe fruit, cedar and dark chocolate merging with fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. This wine will continue to evolve and will drink well over the next fifteen to twenty years.
