Established in 1985 by Stephen McCarthy, Clear Creek Distillery is located in Portland, Oregon and reflects the best of the natural and agricultural resources of the region. An experienced team of distillers use a traditional European pot still along with techniques learned in Alsace and Switzerland to create world class eau-de-vie, grappa, liqueur and more.
Crafted from sweet Oregon and Washington cherries, this kirschwasser is made in the traditional German method. Surprisingly complex, concentrated aromas of vanilla, almond, and of course cherry carry through to a concentrated, juicy palate. While this spirit offers many applications in the kitchen, Clear Creek Kirschwasser is a delicate, harmonious eau-de-vie worth enjoying on its own. Certified Kosher.
