This delicately floral Cognac is made only from single estate Folle Blanche, a grape generally used only when blended with the more common Ugni Blanc. The result is a subtly different, beautifully crafted spirit with aromas of geranium, candied orange, and earth. The palate abounds with berry, angelica, raisin, and displays a balance unusual of Cognac this age. While Chateau de Beaulon doesn't display grade on the bottle, at seven years' age, it's mature enough to qualify as an XO.
