Miles and Marko Karakasevic, the Charbay Master Distillers, are the first American distillers to personally craft 100% Blue Agave Tequila in Mexico. They combined local, traditional production techniques with their own methods, using small copper alambic pot stills to double distill just under 1,000 cases. The resulting spirit is smooth, distinctive, and of exceptional quality.

This medium-bodied tequila displays pronounced aromas of agave nectar and citrus fruit with a distinct vegetal undertone. Rich herbal notes appear on the palate, and are complemented by hints of pepper and lime that also appear on the short, crisp finish. Charbay Tequila is an excellent mixer, but definitely makes an impression on its own.
