Established in 1715, Quinta do Noval is one of the oldest and most famous port houses in the world. Proprietor Christian Seely, has always believed that the estate of Quinta do Noval had the potential to express itself in an unfortified wine, and in 2004 their Douro red wines were ready to be released.

Named after the emblematic cedar tree that dominates the terrace of Quinta do Noval, "Cedro do Noval" is a charming blend of classic Portuguese varietals, complemented by a touch of Syrah. An elegant bouquet of ripe cherry, raspberry and plum leads to a powerful, beautifully structured palate brimming with complex notes of ripe fruit, smoked meat, olive and savory herbs. Hints of oak and vanilla emerge on the lingering finish. Enjoy through 2018.
