Inspired by Celtic tradition, Caorunn Gin is expertly distilled in small batches at the Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside Region of the Scottish Highlands. Gin Master Simon Buley uses a Copper Berry Chamber to infuse the finest pure grain spirit with six traditional and five Celtic botanicals, resulting in a fresh, clean spirit with perfectly balanced aromas and flavors. On the nose, Caorunn offers bright floral and citrus aromas, backed by a hint of spiciness. The palate opens with refreshing notes of citrus fruit, which lead to well integrated notes of juniper, sweet heather, coriander and Rowan berry. Hints of pine and wild herbs linger through the finish.
