Canyon's Edge Winery grows their vines in the Horse Heaven Hills, located in the southeast part of Washington state. Sculpted by glaciers thousands of years ago, the terrain is a mix of deep canyons and vast plains. While this may not seem like promising land, the soil contains essential minerals that help the vines thrive. Sage Brush Red is a Bordeaux-style blend of 60% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, and 10% Cabernet Franc. This ruby red wine has aromas of plum and vanilla, complemented by flavors of blueberries and raspberries. Enjoy this wine with grilled meats and pasta dishes.
