Based on a 19th century recipe, Tempus Fugit Spirits Creme de Cacao is created with cacao from Venezuela and vanilla from Mexico, along with high quality cane sugar and spring water. The raw cacao is first distilled, then infused with additional cacao and crushed whole vanilla beans. This maceration lends natural color to the liqueur, as well as inviting aromatics and a sweet, full-bodied palate. Intense notes of rich dark chocolate are accented by hints of creamy vanilla and a dry cocoa powder finish.
