Of the nose you get a very nice savory peppery smoked smell that lingers long after you put the cap back on, cap is a cork bottle which also makes it nice.
The flavor is that of a sort of long smoked peppered pork/bacon. Once that settles it hits you with the fact that it's still vodka. Though the peppered bacon flavor continues to linger throughout.
