Brenne French Single Malt Whisky is expertly crafted in Cognac, France from organic malted barley and naturally pure water from the nearby Charente region. Twice distilled in copper Alembic stills, the spirit is first matured in new French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of six years, then transferred into Cognac casks for further refinement. The resulting whisky offers an enticing nose of almond, vanilla, apricot and apple, complemented by hints of dark chocolate. The palate opens with notes of chocolate covered orange peel, butter and warm spice which merge with hints of peppercorn and clove on the long finish.
