Since 1998 they have been practicing natural farming and winemaking techniques, and are currently working towards being certified organic in accordance with French qualifications. Composed of Grenache and Syrah, Borie La Vitarele "Les Terres Blanches" offers vibrant aromas of ripe fruit, lavender and fresh sage. Rich flavors of blackberry, cherry and bitter chocolate lead to a crisp mineral finish.
