Le Vol des Agnes (The Angels' Flight) is a sweet wine made from the prominent white cepages typicially found in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. In 2006, Bonny Doon was favored with prodigious levels of botrytis on the Roussanne grapes of the Beeswax Vineyard. Rich, fragrant and honeyed, it displays ethereal suggestions of quince and Asian pear. Product of California Alcohol by Volume: 14.8%
