Diablito begins its journey in the iron-rich Tierra Roja soils of a pristine estate that is designated solely for the allocated production of this Extra Añejo. This tequila is the result of a patient process that nurtures the organic agave through a slow maturation and forty months of extended aging in new American oak barrels. The nose starts of salty and briny, ripe with vegetal notes from the agave and gradually mellows out, revealing deep vanilla notes,with fresh black pepper. The palate is aligned with the nose. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy with long finish offering citrus-focused tartness and plenty of bite. Only 1000 bottles were released.

The 86 Co. Aylesbury Duck Vodka is produced from white winter wheat sourced directly from local farmers in the Western Rockies of Canada. After distillation, the spirit was shipped to the Charbay Distillery in California where it was cut down to proof with pristine water from a well in Mendocino County. Light bodied with a silky mouth feel, Aylesbury Duck Vodka is perfect for mixing, with subtle notes of grain, mineral and spice.

Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is created from a blend of nine botanicals: juniper from Italy, coriander from Romania, lemon peel from Spain, bitter orange peel from Haiti and Morocco, grapefruit peel from Turkey, angelica from Poland, cassia from Indonesia, jasmine from China and finally, orris from Italy and Morocco. After distillation, the gin was shipped to the Charbay Distillery in California where it was cut down to proof with pristine water from a well in Mendocino County. The resulting spirit is exceptionally aromatic and refreshing, with a bold juniper foundation beautifully balanced by bright citrus and elegant floral notes.

Absinthe Spoon: Lautrec Anchor Distilling Co. Hophead Hop Vodka AnCnoc 22 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This is a stainless-steel reproduction of the ornate spoon reportedly used by Toulouse Lautrec. Measures 7.25” long. 3.5" from fold in handle to tip.


Not your typical flavored vodka, Hophead gains its character from Washington State hops which are macerated in neutral grain spirits before being pot-distilled. The result is a fresh and aromatic spirit which beautifully captures the floral, herbal quality of hops, without retaining any of the bitterness. Although the nose is similar to that of a strong IPA, the palate displays delicate hints of orange peel, dried herbs and earthy pine which linger through the finish.
AnCnoc 22 Year displays a sweet and spicy nose with notes of honey and toffee. Warm Christmas cake is accentuated by the freshness of lemons, green apples and cut flowers. All wrapped in a delicate whiff of wood smoke. The palate starts with a distinct taste of crushed clove, raisin and blood orange flavours are at the front, closely followed by layers of fragrant vanilla and leather. The long, rich finish is smoky and spicy.

Distilled from Kentucky-grown grains, Angel's Envy Bourbon is aged for four to six years in American white oak barrels, then finished for three to six additional months in hand-selected port casks. The result is a rich, smooth and well-rounded bourbon with layers of ripe cherry, raisin, toffee, cinnamon and vanilla complemented by hints of dark chocolate and espresso on the finish.

Angostura 1919 blends an array of rums to create an incredible aged spirit. After eight years of maturation, it has developed enticing aromas of caramel, toffee, chocolate, vanilla and banana with hints of flower petals and earth. The palate is creamy, smooth and equally intense. Good enough to sip and affordable enough to mix, this rum has a place in every home bar.

Aged in caratelli for 10 years, Avignonesi "Occhio di Pernice" is a rich, viscous and intensely sweet Prugnolo Gentile which shows remarkable power and density. A pronounced nose of dried fruit, roasted chestnut, brown sugar, sweet fig and espresso elegantly merge with mocha, licorice, leather, vanilla and caramel on the graceful, full-bodied palate. Enjoy through 2029.

This Vino Nobile is made up primarily of Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and has a silky palate, rich cherry fruit and a full body. This is a great alternative to more expensive Brunellos.

Avua Amburana Cachaca has been matured for at least twenty four months in casks made from amburana, an indigenous wood found only in the forests of Latin America. The resulting spirit offers warm, savory notes of allspice, cinnamon, vanilla and Thai basil, backed by earthy sugarcane. A hint of toasted almond emerges on the finish.
