Charles de Monrency Brut Reserve NV Domaine Jolly Chablis 2010 Monde eau Syrah

Charles de Monrency is a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, offering elegance, freshness and a full, structured palate. Bright flavors of fruit and botanicals are joined by crisp mineral notes that linger through a long, clean finish.
With four generations of experience, Domaine Jolly is known for producing traditional, mineral-driven Chablis wines. The Domaine is located in Maligny, just a few miles north of Burgundy’s famous Chablis village. This wine is a beautiful pale yellow color tinged with green. Lovely citrus aromas lead way to fruit-forward flavors of fresh pear with a rounded mouth feel.

Both nose and palate carries the aroma of Blackberry bramble and Herb de Provence. The palate shows subtle notes of plum with spicy vanilla caramels. The mouthfeel is rich with medium tannins. This Syrah does have a layer of cascading flavors that expand in the textured earthy finish.

Peachy Canyon "Westside" Zinfandel

This zesty red is beautifully balanced with cloves, menthol and minerals accompanied by subtle floral note and candied black and blue fruits. The lush and expansive mouthfeel is supported by gentle acidity. The tannins is soft and add shape to the mildly warm finish.
