Established in 2007, Berkshire Mountain is Berkshire's first legal distillery since Prohibition. All of their handcrafted spirits are created in small batches, resulting in unique, high quality products. On both the nose and palate, Ethereal Gin is bursting with botanicals. Vivid aromas of eucalyptus, honey, and fruit lead to bold flavors of juniper, pepper, and dried spice. Full bodied and smooth, this limited edition gin makes an excellent cocktail.

Spicy and Tasty, but still clearly a Gin May 13, 2012

I just opened this today for the first time.  It is excellent.  A great flavor, lots of spices (cinnamon maybe, but definately spicy) with plent of juniper flavor.  A a great Gin.  Will this be my new favorite Gin???
