The Bad Seed Cider Co is founded by two childhood friends, Albert a sixth generation apple farmer and Devin who enjoys brewing and fermenting anything that sounded like it had promise to make a tasty beverage. Since the summer of 2011 they have been crafting, selling and talking everything cider to bring hand crafted truly dry cider to the world. All their ciders are made from 100% fresh pressed apples grown at their sixth generation family firm without any chemical, artificial sweeteners etc.
Hand crafted from whole apples grown in the Hudson Valley and then carefully aged in bourbon barrels, Bad Seed Bourbon Barrel Reserve Hard Cider is bottle conditioned and never filtered, offering a hedonistic blend of floral, fruit, and sweet-bourbon aromas, followed by a little sweet finish that is well rounded with refreshing apple and citrus notes.
