The A. Edmond Dupuy & Co distillery was established in 1852, but bought by Norwegian immigrant Thomas Bache-Gabrielson in 1905, who decided to keep its Cognac tradition. Today, the company is owned and operated by his great grandson Herve, and their high quality cognacs are produced under the watchful eye of the experienced cellar master, Jean-Philippe Bergier.

Blended from 72% Grande Champagne and 28% Petite Champagne, this XO Cognac has been aged in Limousin oak casks for more than 20 years. The nose is dominated by oak and spice, but the palate opens with savory notes of apple, caramel and cinnamon which lead to vanilla and cedar on the finish.
