The name "Bacco" comes from the Italian word Bacchus, the Greek-Roman god of wine. The label features a reproduction of Bohemian sculptor Dominikus Auliczek's baroque porcelain Bacchus, originally created for Nymphenburg in 1770. Bacco Malvasia is fresh and fruit forward, with bright notes of ripe pear, citrus fruit, backed by a pleasant minerality. Its balanced acidity and clean, crisp finish complement light seafood dishes and grilled vegetables.
