Avion is produced with only the finest Blue Weber Agave found in the very highest regions of Jalisco. The plants found in this region are known to be the most coveted plants for tequila production due to their rich mineral content and distinct quality and character. This high quality agave combined with an extremely rare distillation process and ultra slow filtration, results in an unusually smooth spirit with complex aromas and flavors.

Aged six months, Avion Reposado displays elegant aromas of oak, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, subtle notes of roasted agave, cherry, peach, and pear are joined by hints of rose petal and dried herb on the smooth, balanced finish.
