The Esteve Nadal family have been producing Avinyo Cava in their winery located at their home “Can Fontanals” in the heart of the Penedès region, near Barcelona for generations. The patriarch, Joan Esteve planted vines 50 years ago so that he could have sparkling wine for himself and his friends. Today, his three sons and daughter have expanded and carried on the tradition of Avinyo.

Crafted from 100% free run juice from the Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarel-lo grapes, Avinyo Cava Brut is a greenish yellow colored wine with aromas of bright white fruit, orange, honey and toasted bread. The palate is dry, fresh and vibrant with additional notes of white flower, sweet spice and fresh herbs. Hints of ripe pear lingers through the long, dry finish.
