This spectacular fortified Muscat is a deep, unctuous, and perfectly sweet wine with incredible richness and intensity. Beautiful notes of caramel, toffee, raisins and molasses explode on the palate.

The Stump Jump GSM is a rich, flavorful red produced in the traditional McLaren Vale style. Mulberry and plum flavors from the Grenache combine with the blackberry, spice and white pepper of the Shiraz. Best served at room temperature, this wine will gain added complexity with careful cellaring over the next two to five years. Composed of 46% Grenache, 39% Shiraz and 15% Mourvedre.

d'Argenberg "The Laughing Magpie" Shiraz-Viognier is a vibrant, aromatic and distinctive wine with an enticing nose of dark fruit, black pepper and sweet spice. The fruit is even more expressive on the palate, with bright notes of raspberry, plum, blackcurrant and blueberry enhanced by underlying spice and a hint of savory oak. This wine will benefit from bottle age and while enjoyable now, will drink well over the next 15 years.

Deep garnet-purple in color, Earthworks Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of vanilla, blueberry, cassis, plum preserves and plum jam. The full-bodied palate is round, generously aromatic with soft, chewy tannins. Hints of ripe black fruit and dark chocolate complement the long finish.

This Riesling is dry, crisp, and elegant, with attractive lemon and lime flavors. When chilled, it is perfectly suited to white meats, seafood and summer salads.

The Colonial Estate Expatrie Reserve Semillon Woop Woop Verdelho Yalumba Museum Reserve 21 Year Old Tawny Port

The old-vine grapes at The Colonial Estate are painstakingly hand-picked on the hillsides of the Barossa Valley, and the fruit is then pressed in whole bunches to capture every nuance that Semillon has to offer. Expatrie Reserve is a large but balanced white with robust flavors of apricot and mango.

This is a crisp, refreshing, and highly aromatic white with notes of peach, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The palate introduces ripe fruit characteristics of pineapple, passion fruit, and guava, while a subtle limestone minerality emerges on the finish.

The finish is long and balanced with persistent aftertaste of honey, dried fruits and caramel.
