This spectacular fortified Muscat is a deep, unctuous, and perfectly sweet wine with incredible richness and intensity. Beautiful notes of caramel, toffee, raisins and molasses explode on the palate.

The Stump Jump GSM is a rich, flavorful red produced in the traditional McLaren Vale style. Mulberry and plum flavors from the Grenache combine with the blackberry, spice and white pepper of the Shiraz. Best served at room temperature, this wine will gain added complexity with careful cellaring over the next two to five years. Composed of 46% Grenache, 39% Shiraz and 15% Mourvedre.

d'Argenberg "The Laughing Magpie" Shiraz-Viognier is a vibrant, aromatic and distinctive wine with an enticing nose of dark fruit, black pepper and sweet spice. The fruit is even more expressive on the palate, with bright notes of raspberry, plum, blackcurrant and blueberry enhanced by underlying spice and a hint of savory oak. This wine will benefit from bottle age and while enjoyable now, will drink well over the next 15 years.

Deep garnet-purple in color, Earthworks Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of vanilla, blueberry, cassis, plum preserves and plum jam. The full-bodied palate is round, generously aromatic with soft, chewy tannins. Hints of ripe black fruit and dark chocolate complement the long finish.

This Riesling is dry, crisp, and elegant, with attractive lemon and lime flavors. When chilled, it is perfectly suited to white meats, seafood and summer salads.

R.L. Buller & Son Premium Fine Muscat is a complex, highly aromatic, full-bodied dessert wine at a spectacular value. Lively notes of raisin, toffee, caramel, molasses and roasted nuts on the nose and palate are accented by hints of coffee, chocolate and candied orange peel on the lingering finish.

The old-vine grapes at The Colonial Estate are painstakingly hand-picked on the hillsides of the Barossa Valley, and the fruit is then pressed in whole bunches to capture every nuance that Semillon has to offer. Expatrie Reserve is a large but balanced white with robust flavors of apricot and mango.

Crafted from original old vine Shiraz, Grenache, Dolcetto, Mourvèdre, Muscadelle and a small percentage of Touriga, Tinta Cao and Tinta Molle, Yalumba Museum Reserve 21 Year Old Tawny Port is a complex blend that notches up the power and concentration with a pronounced nutty character that persists throughout but balanced by layers of dark toffee, caramel, molasses, candied fruits and honey. Yalumba Museum Reserve 50 Year Old Tawny Port is made from old vine varieties and the core of this wine, thought to have originated in the 1930s. It is fortified with fine pot-still brandy spirit produced in Yalumba’s very own still and then matured in oak of varying capacities and origins. Over the years this elegant wine has been regularly blended with Amontillado to counteract the concentration of sugars and maintain dry finish of this exceptional old tawny style.

This vibrant crimson Shiraz-Viognier boasts aromas of blueberry and violet with a hint of ground spice. Medium-bodied with ample red berry flavors, supple tannins and a pleasant acidity, this is an excellent pairing for roasted or grilled red meat.

Yalumba "The Y Series" Unoaked Chardonnay displays fresh aromas of pineapple, citrus fruit, and floral spice. Notes of tropical fruit on the palate are complemented by a crisp minerality and a refreshing acidity. It is best served with light chicken or pork dishes.
