Atwater Estate Vineyards and Winery is located on a glacier-carved hillside on the southeastern side of Seneca Lake. The incredible depth of the lake retains heat, keeping the surrounding soils warmer in winter and cooler in spring, which protects delicate varietals that otherwise would not thrive. This distinctive terrior has even earned Seneca Lake a position as a unique wine growing appellation apart from the Finger Lakes.

Created by freezing and then pressing late harvest Vidal grapes, Celsius is sweet and aromatic with a smooth, concentrated palate. Enticing aromas of pineapple and jasmine lead to tropical flavors of mango and papaya that linger through the satisfying finish.
