Nieddera is an ancient vine that is grown only in the Sardenia’s Tirso River Valley. This rose’s distinctive organoleptic profile makes it unmistakable for more familiar varietals; spicy, full-bodied and dry, it is surprisingly complex on the palate with notes of rich red fruits. The color is a pale ruby with purple reflections. Rose of this intensity and depth can easily be enjoyed year-round. This wine really is one of a kind; the Nieddera grape is generally used to make red wine, and even then is exceptionally rare.
