Anejo Highball Cocktail

The Anejo Highball was created by Dale DeGroff as a homage to Cuban bartenders of the 20s and 30s.

1.5 oz Ron Barcelo Gran Anejo Rum
.5 oz Luxardo "Triplum" Triple Sec
.5 oz fresh lime juice*
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter Bitters

Top with ginger beer* and stir. Build in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a slice of lime.
