The Knockdhu Distillery, founded in 1894, is located under Knock Hill, known to the locals by its Gaelic name of anCnoc. This legendary hill provides the pure spring water the distillery needs, while the nearby region of Moray supplies them with peat and barley. After distillation, the AnCnoc 16 Year is aged in bourbon casks which allows the whisky's natural flavors to shine through.

On the nose, AnCnoc 16 Year offers intense citrus aromas that melt into sweet, fragrant vanilla. The light, spicy palate leads to a warm, rich toffee flavor that follows through to the finish. Not colored or chill-filtered, this whisky has been bottled in its most natural form.
