Situated at the junction of the Lour and Spey Rivers, the distillery has a never-ending source of pure spring water which they utilize to create their spirits. This element, combined with hand-selected sherry casks, results in a balanced, complex spirit with a distinct flavor profile.

Aberlour 16 Year has rich herbal aromas combined with hints of sweet raisin and almond. The palate is smooth and full with slightly sweet flavors of baking spices complemented by a touch of plum and oak. Warm and spicy on the finish, gentle notes of candied fruit and mint linger until your next sip.
