The Good Earth Winery is located in India's Nashik Valley, where a cool microclimate and an altitude of almost 2,000 feet has enabled the growth of fruit and flowers for hundreds of years. Although the Nashik Valley is in the Northern Hemisphere, it is still subjected to India's monsoon season. This lends another unique element to the terrior of the region, because the harvest must be postponed until March, at the onset of the warmer season.

Aarohi, meaning "ascending" in Indian classical music, is a bright, aromatic sauvignon blanc with lively notes of citrus, passion fruit and guava, backed by white pepper and fresh herbs. Enjoy with salads, seafood and grilled vegetables.
