Established in 2002, A to Z is Oregon's fastest growing wine company. Their grapes are sourced from different vineyards throughout Oregon, and after fermentation, the wines are blended together. A to Z believes that this practice allows the wine to reflect the different terriors present throughout the state, creating what they call "The Essence of Oregon".

A to Z "Night & Day" is a medium bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Grenache and Cabernet Franc. Aromas of mixed berries and plums deepen and gain complexity with notes of graphite, spice, tobacco and oak. The palate offers generous fruit flavors supported by a strong, ripe tannic structure and balanced acidity. A bold mineral note appears on the finish and is complemented by a hint of dark cocoa.
