Pacific Distillery is a family-owned and operated micro-distillery in Woodinville, Washington. With an eye toward artisanal distillers of the past, Pacific produces their spirits in extremely small batches. Though distilled in Washington State, Pacifique Absinthe Verte Superieur is carefully crafted in exact accordance with an 1855 French recipe and distillation process. Pacifique is made with the finest spirits and organic botanicals available, accurately representing the style of fine absinthe available in 19th Century France. Using a hand-hammered copper pot still, Pacifique begins with all-grain spirits; this pure base allows each botanical to show its complexity and character. Though a delight when served with nothing more than cold water, Pacifique also makes a great addition to cocktails both classic and modern.
