Description   90+ Cellars purchases highly rated, high quality wines directly from wineries at a discount and then passes the savings on to the consumer. The wines they purchase must have a pedigree of 90 or higher ratings, best buy or gold medal accolades from a respected wine authority or publication, and usually would be sold under the winery's own label. However, the winery may have produced more than they needed, or their sales may have slowed, so they are willing to participate in this interesting concept. In return, the winery is promised complete anonymity, and upon release, each 90+ Cellars wine is assigned a "Lot" Number to represent the winery. Lot 7 Malbec is created from premium grapes grown in the higher elevation foothills of the Andes. Expertly hand crafted and aged in French and American oak for seven months, this medium-bodied red is well-rounded and elegant with bold fruit notes and supple tannins. On the nose, aromas of red currant and vanilla are complemented by hints of raspberry and chocolate. Rich flavors of red plum, caramel and black currant lead to notes of spice and coffee on the lingering finish. Product of Argentina Alcohol by Volume: 13.9%
